Best smoothies to lose weight. Smoothie weight loss recipes. Best smoothies for energy. Breakfast smoothies for ya. Homemade smoothies for surviving Coronavirus.
Welcome to Best Smoothies for Weight Loss! My wife and myself both have a passion for smoothies and love the awesome energy and health benefits, and we hope some of that enthusiasm begins to rub off on ya! More about us here.
As seen in the picture below – top-left, to the right of the can-opener (in my kitchen) is my Ninja Blender. My current model is the Smart Ninja, 1000-watt blender – but you can definitely use a regular blender at the moment if that is what you’re working with. If using an older or low watt milkshake blender; I would recommend adding juice and/or almond milk (or whatever healthy “milk” choice) first. Then, slowly – and with small portions, add the fruits and/or veggies until you have the desired thickness – and smooth, consistent look to it so you know everything is mixed thoroughly. A good organic or steel-mill oat; adds a nice, thick and hearty texture and is more filling.
Raw and unfiltered honey, organic Stevia [leaf] and raw sugar are the sweeteners I normally use – and the best option for smoothies for weight loss – VS. white, bleached sugar (see list below).
My final addition that I have been using for about 4 years now (and have felt the results) is a dehydrated super beet powder – cherry flavored. Super Beets is a great brand. They do not sponsor me (as of yet) but it is a HIGH-quality beet powder. The bag in the bottom-center of the photo is super-veggie blend. These “super-veggie” powders are essential for smoothies – not just to lose weight, but for better circulation, a healthier blood flow, stronger skin, hair and nails. And my wife and I have both noticed that our immunity and overall health in general has improved.
I and my wife both, make and drink smoothies every single day. We replace, on average, one-and-a-half meals a day with smoothies. My wife has been maintaining a healthy weight – not needing to lose weight – like myself. I have lost 10 pounds since the beginning of 2021 and aside from working the best of 5 days, 40+ hours a week , I DO NOT have an exercise routine! Just drinking the best smoothies for personal weight loss, and thinking about my food choices when I do eat. Speaking of which….
“Warning! Alert!” Increase Your Awareness of the TRUTH About “Health”
STAY AWAY from Omega 6. This is harmful fat that can cause damage to your heart.
STAY AWAY from Vegetable Oil and Peanut Oil.
STAY AWAY from white sugar (and artificial sweeteners).
– This is America’s drug of choice and is just as harmful to your health as it is addictive to the brain AND body (JUST LIKE NARCOTICS)!**
STAY AWAY from GRAINS. Just like agricultural chemicals found in Cheerios!
– The grains that are processed for our consumption are treated with chemicals throughout the stages of growth and is therefore contaminated.
STAY AWAY from processed foods. Period.
**Sometimes when we “crave” sweets or processed foods (McD’s) we just need water.
Dehydration can trick the brain into thinking it needs sugar.
STAY AWAY from fatty meats (or too much meat period). When you do eat meat, make sure it is grass-fed and try to limit it to portions of just 2-4 ounces (more than 5 oz. in a single serving starts to turn the sugars to fat) Introduce leaner proteins like fish and organic chicken into your diet.
STAY AWAY from vegetable oils, safflower oils and peanut oils. These oils contain harmful fats that are not good for your heart or vascular system. Try to stick with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
STAY AWAY from PEANUT BUTTER. Yes, I know, I know. But mold on. I mean hold on…
– When peanuts are selected to be sold “whole”, there are discarded peanuts that have developed mold spores. Let me be clear. These are not suitable for consumption! These peanuts are grinded up with oils and made into the creamy concoction that we have all grown to love (and I have now stopped consuming it after decades).
Try almond butter as an alternative. It’s delicious, creamy and MUCH better for your health.
