It Doesn’t Matter if you have a Ninja Blender, a Bullet, or a Household Blender
I personally have a Ninja blender. It was only $60 at Walmart. They had one a little cheaper but I sprung the $10 extra for the 1000 watt. You must understand between my wife and myself we use the Ninja, 2 – 6 times every day. If you have a regular blender that is absolutely fine. I just recommend stepping in the chopped or sliced fruits a little bit at a time. It takes a little longer but this ensures a thorough mixing of the smoothie ingredients and not over-loading the motor on the blender. If you find some smoothies you like and it becomes a new healthy habit you can always “upgrade” later.

Smoothies aren’t just something I talk about – smoothies are a huge part of my life! My wife and I both make different kinds of smoothies every day.
